Operator, WPP – Piney Flats, Tennessee

We are seeking a detailed oriented, safety minded and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Operator, WPP at the Piney Flats location.  Job responsibilities include but are not limited to; following procedures to safely meet customer expectations, complete required paperwork accurately, monitoring results and ensuring high quality of finished products before leaving the work area. 

• Oversee entire operation of production line(s).
• Load material on machine.
• Set-up machine.
• Adjust machine as needed; troubleshooting skills.
• Catch and package finished goods.
• Inspect product and remove bad product.
• Require minimal supervision.
• Focus on safety at all times.
• Check paperwork. 
• Able to carry out basic directives for Supervision or Lead Person.

Required Skills:

• Experience desired, but not required.
• Will be responsible for entering production data into Radius operating system
• Mechanically inclined.
• Meet or exceed customers demand for a quality product.
• Basic math skills.
• Read a tape measure.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications documents.
• Standing for long periods of time, bending, twisting, grasping with hands and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have general computer knowledge.
